In celebration of Blancpain’s new boutique in Central Hong Kong, Blancpain, Bibo and Relais & Châteaux jointly hosted an amazing night of special Club 5C experience: an unique opportunity to experience the art of fine dining and watchmaking in one place. The journey began with a Limousine pick-up organised by BWM and unfolded with the divined food and Champagne provided by Bibo.
No introduction needed for Blancpain! One of the downsides of attending events like this is that I always end up purchasing things that I don’t need from attending those events.
Bibo is one of my all-time favourite art dining joint in Hong Kong. Not just because of the creative art work they have throughout the restaurant, but also the creative cocktails you have designed for its customers and the frequently updated menu they have that I could never get bored of my dining experience with Bibo.

For those of you haven’t heard of Relais & Châteaux Group before, it is a service where you can book your premium accommodations with Relais, Châteaux and restaurants across the world with more than 60 years of long history. I booked 6 nights of stays at 6 different Châteaux last autumn when I travelled in South of France and the Burgundy area on a road trip. Every single stayed I booked with Relais & Châteaux blew my mind with the quality of the hand-picked Châteaux and services of their staffs. One of my favorite stays that I booked through Relais & Châteaux was Châteaux de la Chevre D’or at Èze Village in South of France. (A few months ago, I wrote a blog review on Châteaux de la Chevre D’or and click here for the link).
