As we drove along the south coast of France from Monaco to Nice, we have unexpectedly discovered this hidden gem – Èze Village (Somehow, I have always had the luck to uncover the hidden gems when I’m travelling). Èze, located in southern part of France, situated on the cliffy side of the coast between Monaco and Nice.
Château de la Chevre D’or located in the middle of the medieval town of Èze and is housed in a medieval castle rebuilt in the 1920s. I had to pinch myself tor the most surreal view I had from the balcony in my room. It definitely something beyond words can describe and cameras can capture. The Garden is tiered in at least 5 different levels and each level provides a different scenic view into the Mediterranean Sea and the surround villages.
There is a 2-Michelin starred gastronomy restaurant in house. It is a little pricey with EUR200+ per head, but I guarantee you that it will definitely be the money well spent.
